We want you to be happy with Listingly. This policy outlines how we handle billing, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Billing

All transactions are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your billing relationship is with Paddle, who handles invoicing, tax compliance, and disputes.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund under the following conditions:

• You were charged in error
• A major technical issue prevented you from using the service
• You cancel within 14 days of subscribing and have not generated more than one product listing

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Partial usage during a billing cycle
• User error (e.g., submitting incorrect input to the AI)
